Chocolate Mud Pie Recipe

• 1/4 lb. butter
• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3 tablespoons white corn syrup
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 9 inch graham cracker pie crust

1. Preheat voven to 350 degrees.
2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Add the corn syrup, sugar, and vanilla to the eggs and stir until blended.
4. Combine the chocolate and egg mixtures in a large bowl.
5. Stir or whisk together until smooth.
6. Pour mixture into pie crust.
7. Bake for 35 minutes.
