Ingredients for Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. In a blender, pulvezire the chocolate.
  3. Stir the water over the chocolate until it melts.
  4. Separate the eggs and mix them into the blender, pulsing to mix.
  5. With a mixer, beat the whites until until peaks form.
  6. Slowly fold the whites into the chocolate carefully to make sure they are fully blended.
  7. While still warm, pour the mousse into serving bowls or glasses and chill until set.
