Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie Recipe 3

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  3. Heat butter over medium heat and add chicken. Turn to high and cook chicken thoroughly.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together the soup, vegetables, seasonings, and chicken.
  5. Pour into a pie shell and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Place second pie crust on top and pinch the sides together. Cut four small crescents in the crust.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
