Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie Recipe 3
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Heat butter over medium heat and add chicken. Turn to high and cook chicken thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, stir together the soup, vegetables, seasonings, and chicken.
- Pour into a pie shell and top with shredded cheese.
- Place second pie crust on top and pinch the sides together. Cut four small crescents in the crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
