Ingredients for Chicken Liver and Macaroni Soup Recipe
- 6 chicken livers, chopped fine
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 6 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup macaroni, broken in pieces
- 3 cups water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put chicken livers, onion, tomatoes, water and seasonings in a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the macaroni.
- Cover.
- Let boil slowly for 25 minutes.
