Chicken Fettucine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Fettucine Alfredo Recipe
- 12 oz. fettucine
- 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3 green onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup Half-and-Half
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the fettucine according to package directions. Drain.
- Slice mushrooms into small pieces.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan and add onions and mushrooms.
- Sautee vegetables until soft and tender.
- Simmer for 5 minutes with Half-and-Half.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
- Pour chicken and sauce over pasta.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and serve.
