The name says it all--quick bread recipes really are quick and easy to make because you make them without yeast. There's no waiting for these breads to rise, just mix up the ingredients, pour in a loaf pan, and pop in the oven. In about an hour, you'll have piping hot bread good for breakfast, snacking, and just about any time!

  • Try using buttermilk instead of milk or water for added taste and lower fat.
