Ingredients for Carrots And Celery Roots

  • 6 carrots, peeled, quartered
  • 4 celery roots, peeled, sliced
  • ½ cup milk, scalded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil carrots and celery roots in salted water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Mash with a potato masher.
  4. Add milk, butter and seasonings.
  5. Mix well, then serve.
