Ingredients for Carrot And Cranberry Soup Recipe
- 5 carrots, large, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup cranberries
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
- Boil together for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off liquid into a saucepan.
- Mash solids with a potato masher.
- Add the liquid gradually, mix well, bring to a boil, and serve.
