Caramel Sweet Potatoes Recipe

• 2 pounds small sweet potatoes
• Salt
• Corn syrup
• Corn oil

1. Steam the potatoes, remove the skins, and slice crosswise.
2. Fry in deep corn oil heated to 375 degrees F.
3. Drain, place in a baking dish, dust sparingly with salt, and add a little corn syrup.
4. Heat and serve with pork in any form.
