Ingredients for Caramel Jelly Recipe 1

  • 1 tablespoon granulated gelatine
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups thin cream
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar cooked to caramel
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine in the cold water.
  2. Cook the caramel and boiling water to a thick syrup.
  3. Add the softened gelatine, sugar, salt, and cream and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Strain into molds.
