Ingredients for Caper Sauce

  • (For boiled lamb)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a drawn butter sauce, using lamb broth or water as the liquid.
  2. When ready to serve add one or two tablespoons of capers drained from the liquid in the bottle.
  3. A teaspoon of lemon juice may be added if desired.

  6. To a cup of drawn butter sauce add a hard-cooked egg, cut in thin slices or chopped fine.
