Cannoli Cream Recipe

• 2 pounds drained ricotta cheese
• 1 ½ cups confectioners sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 2 ounces mini chocolate chips

1. Beath the ricotta until smooth.
2. Blend in the sugar.
3. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
4. Fold in the chips and let sit for up to 24 hours.
