- 1 ½ cups confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 ounces mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Beath the ricotta until smooth.
- Blend in the sugar.
- Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
- Fold in the chips and let sit for up to 24 hours.
