Ingredients for Calf's Liver With Bacon And Potatoes
- 4 slices calf's liver
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Flour
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Place the potatoes, butter and bacon in a frying pan.
- Put on fire.
- On top place slices of calf's liver dredged with flour and seasonings.
- Cover with a plate.
- Let cook for about 10 minutes.
- If potatoes cook too rapidly, move them with a fork.
- Then serve.
