Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Anchovies
- 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, washed, cleaned
- 6 anchovy filets, chopped fine
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put butter and anchovies in a stew pan.
- When butter has melted, put in the Brussels sprouts and seasonings.
- Cook together for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Mix well and serve.
