Ingredients for Boiled Corned Beef Recipe 1
- 3-4 pounds of beef brisket
- Cooked vegetables of choice
Instructions
- Rinse beef in cold water.
- Set beef in large Dutch oven and cover with cold water.
- Heat slowly to a boil; simmer until the meat is tender, about 6 hours.
- Remove beef from pot and let stand at least 10 minutes. Serve with vegetables of choice. Boiled turnips or cauliflower are great choices.
