Ingredients for Beef Tenderloin With Carrots And Parsley Recipe
- 2 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into thin pieces
- 8 carrots, peeled, cut into thin slices
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- I separate frying pans, saute the tenderloin and the carrots with butter.
- Mix together, add chopped parsley and seasonings, and serve.
