Ingredients for Beef Meatballs Recipe
- Leftover cold roast beef
- Bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- well beaten eggs
- Beef stock
Instructions
- Chop cold roast beef very fine, leaving in the fat, but removing all pieces of gristle.
- To 1 cup of meat add a handful of bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, one egg and enough stock to moisten.
- Form into balls.
- Roll each ball in egg and crumbs, then saute until golden brown.
