Instructions

  1. Take block of ice cream, unmould onto a square of sponge cake an inch thick.
  2. Cover with a thick meringue put on artistically, made of white of eggs and powdered sugar.
  3. Have all ready for use before unmoulding ice cream.
  4. Place on pine board covered with white paper.
  5. Brown in hot oven, or with a salamander or heated fire shovel.
