- 2 pounds Jerusalem artichokes, cleaned, pared, washed
- 6 onions, peeled, quartered
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Baked Recipe, Put all ingredients in a small baking pan.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 50 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Then serve.
