Apple Cream Pie Recipe

• 2 pie crust
• About 8 apples
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons flour
• Rich cream

1. Line a pie tin with crust, building up a scalloped edge.
2. Fill crust with pared, quartered, and cored apples, arranging a row around the plate at the edge then working toward the center until the crust is covered.
3. Arrange a few more apple quarters on top of the layer.
4. Mix together the flour and sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the apples.
5. Cover with rich cream and bake until the apples are tender.
