7 Up Jello Recipe

• 7 ounces 7-Up or other lemon-lime soda
• 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 3 ounces lime gelatin
• 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 4 ounces crushed pineapple
• 1 cup whipped topping
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

1. Heat the soda in a pan over medium heat and add the marshmallows.
2. Stir over heat until marshmallows melt.
3. Add the gelatin mix and stir. Remove from heat and seat aside.
4. Stir together the cheese and pineapple.
5. Add gelatin mixture.
6. In a separate bowl, mix the topping, mayonnaise, and walnut.
7. Stir topping mixture into the gelatin and pour into a small casserole dish or mold.
8. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
