Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding Recipe 1
- 1 l/2 cups flour
- 1½ cups milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Mix the flour and salt together, and then add gradually the milk until smooth.
- Then add the eggs beaten very light.
- Put some fat in a roasting pan and heat until hot.
- Pour in the Yorkshire pudding mixture to a depth of 1/2 inch.
- Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes.
- Baste with some melted fat after pudding has risen.
- Cut in squares or large pieces in serving.
- This pudding may be served only with roasted meats.
