Wintergreen Creams Recipe

Instructions

1. Melt a portion of fondant in the upper part of a double boiler until it is soft enough to drop from a spoon.
2. It may be necessary to add a few drops of hot water.
3. Color it with red vegetable coloring to a delicate point.
4. Flavor with oil of wintergreen.
5. Stir until it is creamy.
6. Drop from a teaspoon on oiled paper.
