Ingredients for Whites Of Eggs Sur Le Plat Recipe

  • 4 egg whites
  • A pat of butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a buttered pie dish or souffle dish, mix together the milk, pepper, and salt.
  2. Drop the egg whites into the dish and place the dish in a tin of water.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until the whites are set.
