Ingredients for Whitefish With Swiss Chard
- 1 whitefish, large
- 2 pounds Swiss chard, washed
- 1 cup water
- 2 onions, peeled, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put whitefish, water, butter, onions and seasonings in a baking pan.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
- While the whitefish is baking, boil the Swiss chard in salted water for 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Chop chard not too fine.
- Add chard to the fish.
- Finish baking together, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
