Ingredients for Whitefish With Endives And Tomatoes
- 2½ pounds whitefish, cut in filets
- 4 endives, washed, cut in pieces
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the endives in salted water for about 10 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Put whitefish in a small buttered baking dish.
- Season.
- Add the endives, tomatoes and butter.
- Bake in hot oven for about 15 minutes.
- Then serve.
