Ingredients for Whitefish With Endives And Tomatoes

• 2½ pounds whitefish, cut in filets
• 4 endives, washed, cut in pieces
• 3 tomatoes, sliced
• 3 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the endives in salted water for about 10 minutes.
2. Drain off water.
3. Put whitefish in a small buttered baking dish.
4. Season.
5. Add the endives, tomatoes and butter.
6. Bake in hot oven for about 15 minutes.
7. Then serve.
