Ingredients for Whitefish With Cream And Celery

  • ½ cup celery, washed, peeled, chopped fine
  • 8 filets of whitefish, small
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the cream.
  2. Add celery, seasonings and butter.
  3. Place filets of whitefish in a buttered baking dish.
  4. Pour over them the cream mixture.
  5. Bake in hot oven for about 8 minutes.
  6. Then serve.
