Ingredients for Whitefish With Vinegar And Apples

  • 4 filets of whitefish
  • 4 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a small baking pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Then serve.
