Ingredients for Whipped Cream Dressing

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• ½ cup thick cream
• ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Mix the lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
2. Whip the cream, not too stiff, then add to it the mixed lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
3. Care must be taken not to stir the mixture too much when the acid is added.
