Ingredients for Wheatlet Mush With Fruit Recipe

  • 6 tablespoons wheatlet
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup dates, stoned and cut in quarters

Instructions

  1. Add the wheatlet and salt to the boiling water and cook two hours.
  2. Add dates or figs and cook for two more minutes.
