Ingredients for Watercress And Carrot Soup Recipe
- 1 bunch watercress, washed, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

- Put all ingredients, except the milk, in a kettle.
- Cover.
- Boil for about 20 minutes.
- Add the scalded milk and serve.
