Ingredients for Walnut Timbales Recipe 1

  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup stale bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients well together, put into oiled timbale molds or cups, set in a pan of hot water, and bake till set.
  2. Serve with peas or with peas in cream sauce.
