Vinegar Candy Recipe

Ingredients for Vinegar Candy

• 2 cups sugar
• ½ cup vinegar
• 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

1. Put butter into kettle; when melted, add sugar and vinegar.
2. Stir until sugar is dissolved, afterwards occasionally.
3. Boil until, when tried in cold water, mixture will become brittle.
4. Turn on a buttered platter to cool.
5. Pull, and cut same as Molasses Candy.
