Ingredients for Vermicelli Pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup of vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 18 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Let cold water run on the vermicelli until vermicelli is cold.
- Mix together eggs and sugar.
- Add to them slowly the milk, then the flavoring extract.
- Mix the vermicelli into this custard with a fork.
- Fill pudding dish with the vermicelli custard.
- Set pudding dish in a baking pan partially filled with boiling water.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
