Instructions

  1. Place 5 slices of banana on plate; then 2 slices of pineapple, vandyked on edges; again 4 slices of banana, and 4 large strawberries, sprig of mint in centre; sections of oranges, membrane removed, on the outer edge.
  2. Pass pulverized sugar.
  3. Dip the banana in lemon juice to prevent discoloration, and remove the core from the pineapple.
