Vegetarian Rice Recipe

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice until flaky, then mold into the shape of a loaf of bread.
  2. Cut the loaf in half and insert three tablespoons of butter and push together again.
  3. Grate strong cheese over the top of the loaf and bake in the oven until the cheese runs and glazes the top.
  4. Serve with asparagus tips in melted butter.
