Ingredients for Vegetable And Vermicelli Soup Recipe
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 2 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 2 potatoes, peeled, sliced
- 2 onions, peeled, sliced
- 1 cup celery, washed, chopped
- ½ cup vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in a kettle.
- Cover. Let boil slowly for about 20 minutes.
- Then serve.
