Ingredients for Veal With Ham And Tomatoes
- 1½ pounds veal, leg or loin, sliced in small thin pieces
- 4 slices cold boiled ham, cut in large squares
- 5 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- Butter
- Fat
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- In one frying pan put the fat.
- When foaming, put in the veal and cook quickly on hot fire for about 2 minutes.
- Add onion and seasonings and let cook together for 1 minute.
- Stir to prevent onion from burning.
- While veal is cooking, put butter and tomatoes in another frying pan and let cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the ham.
- Remove from fire.
- Mix ham, tomatoes and veal together and serve.
