Ingredients for Veal Tongue With Dandelions Recipe
- 3 veal tongues, cut in halves
- 2½ pounds dandelions, washed, cleaned
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a kettle.
- Cover.
- Let cook for 35 minutes.
- Before serving, remove tough skin from the tongues.
