Ingredients for Veal Stew, Tomatoes And Onions Recipe
- 3 pounds veal, leg or loin, cut in thin small slices
- 5 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, peeled, chopped
- ½ cup butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- In one frying pan, put half of the butter and fry the veal slowly for about 6 minutes, stirring all the time.
- Season.
- In another frying pan, put remainder of butter, tomatoes, and onions and let cook slowly for about 15 minutes.
- Pour the fried veal into the tomato mixture.
- Do not let boil.
