Ingredients for Veal Kidneys With Potatoes And Egg Plant Recipe

  • 4 veal kidneys, cut in halves
  • 8 potatoes, peeled, sliced
  • 1 egg plant, peeled, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

  1. Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.
  2. Cook in moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
  3. Then serve.
