Ingredients for Veal Cutlets With Carrots And Onions
- 4 or 8 veal cutlets
- 10 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 4 onions, peeled, sliced thick
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- Seasonings to taste
