Ingredients for Veal Croquettes
- 2 cups chopped cold cooked veal
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Few grains cayenne
- Few drops onion juice
- Yolk 1 egg
- 1 cup thick sauce made of White Soup Stock

Instructions
- Mix ingredients in order given.
- Cool, shape, crumb, and fry same as other croquettes.
