Ingredients for Veal Chops With Pickles And Potatoes
- 4 veal chops, cut thin
- 4 pickles, chopped fine
- 4 potatoes, peeled, diced small
- 5 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except the pickles, in a frying pan.
- Let cook for 10 minutes.
- Move the potatoes occasionally with a fork to prevent them from sticking.
- Add the pickles.
- Then serve.
