Ingredients for Veal Chops With Pickles And Potatoes

  • 4 veal chops, cut thin
  • 4 pickles, chopped fine
  • 4 potatoes, peeled, diced small
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except the pickles, in a frying pan.
  2. Let cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Move the potatoes occasionally with a fork to prevent them from sticking.
  4. Add the pickles.
  5. Then serve.
