Ingredients for Veal Chops With Oranges And Onions

  • 8 veal chops
  • 4 oranges, peeled, sliced
  • 8 onions, peeled, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

  1. Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then serve.
