Ingredients for Veal Chops With Carrots
- 4 veal chops, cut thick
- 8 carrots, large, washed, peeled, sliced
- 1 onion, large, peeled, sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put veal chops, after they have been seasoned, in a baking pan.
- Cover them with the carrots and the onion.
- Season well.
- Place butter cut in pieces on top.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.
- Then serve.
