Ingredients for Veal Breast With Beets
- 3 pounds breast of veal
- 12 beets, washed
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put breast of veal in a roasting pan with the butter and seasonings.
- Roast slowly in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
- While the veal is cooking, boil the beets in salted water for 40 minutes.
- Peel and slice them.
- Arrange beets around the veal in the roasting pan.
- Finish cooking together, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
