Ingredients for Veal And Spinach Stew Recipe
- 2½ pounds veal, loin or leg, cut into small pieces
- 2 pounds spinach, washed, cleaned
- 2 onions, peeled, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- Seasonings to taste

- Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
- Cover.
- Let simmer for about 35 minutes.
