Ingredients for Veal And Beef Loaf Recipe

• 1½ pounds beef round, passed through meat chopper
• 2 pounds veal round, passed through meat chopper
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup water
• 2 onions, peeled, chopped fine
• ½ cup shortening
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Mix well.
3. Shape in a baking pan in the form of a loaf not too thick.
4. Bake in moderate oven for about 30 o 35 minutes.
5. Then serve.
