Seasonings for various types of meat:

  • For canned beef or ham use a bit of mustard.
  • For roast beef or tongue use Worcestershire or horseradish sauce.
  • For lamb serve with chopped capers, tomato sauce, ketchup or cold mint sauce.
  • With veal, add salt.
  • With fish use onion juice or finely chopped parsley for added zest.
